Mortgage Rates for long-term home loans declined further this week creating more oppotunities for the seekers of housing finance in the US, a report from Freddie Mac says.
According to the report, the interest rates on 30-year fixed mortgage dropped from 5.25 percent the previous week to 5.16 percent this week.
The mortgage rates for 15-year fixed loans have also slipped down from a 4.92 percent the previous week to 4.81 percent this week.
